KidStuff: (Ages 2-3) A creative learning experience through music, movement, art and social interaction ( to prepare for Preschool 1).
Preschool I : (Age 3) The children are taught their first group activities, which include Tap, Acrobatics (tumbling), novelty Songs and Dance Routines.
Preschool II: (Age 4) The students continue Tap and are introduced to Ballet to help develop their skills.
Pre-Ballet and Tap: (Ages 5-7) These classes consist of basic tap and are an introduction to the Royal Academy of Dancing Ballet Syllabus.
Ballet: The RAD syllabus is the sole focus of this class.
Pointe: Offered to students age 12 and older meeting specific requirements and approval from our ballet instructors. Students must have a minimum of four years ballet training and adequate physical strength especially in their ankles and feet. Note: Our philosophy involves age appropriate dance instruction. Students will be ready for pointe at different ages. Pointe is not a requirement. Students not ready for pointe may choose demi-pointe. Pointe is added to a student’s Ballet lesson as she progresses and her programs become more intensified. Individual progress will vary and depends largely on a student’s class attendance and hard work.
Lyrical: This is a lovely, flowing poetic style of dancing. (Ballet is a requirement)
Modern: Modern takes an internal approach to dance.
Jazz: These classes feature Broadway Theatre styles of dancing.
Hip-Hop: Newest techniques: Beginner, Intermediate and advanced.
Tap: Rhythm Tap, Traditional and Jazz Tap are taught for rhythm, coordination, style and fun.
Acro-Gym: These classes are a good starter for those interested in gymnastics.
Musical Theatre: Students develop an expressive use of the mind, voice and body to enhance their performance ability and social skills.
Adult Classes: Jazz, Tap and Ballet are offered for beginner through advanced.
12 week Programs: Pilates, Yoga, Body sculpting, Zumba, Belly Dancing and Ballroom.
